Mark Towers is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Head of New Business at WorkWave since August 2024, focusing on sales strategy for New Logos within TEAM Software EMEA, particularly in the Cleaning and Security markets. Prior to this role, Mark was the International Sales Manager and Strategic Account Director at TEAM Software from September 2005 to August 2024, where contributions included enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance for FM companies through leading software platforms. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Sales Director at Integrated Chipware from June 1996 to September 2005, leading international sales for software in the telecomms, defense, aerospace, and automotive industries, and a Sales Manager role at Marconi Systems Technology from 1990 to 1996, advancing from software development to managing an international partner network. Mark holds an HNC in Computer Studies from Portsmouth Polytechnic and attended Purbrook Park School.
