Kymm Ducharme is an experienced professional in disability management and project development, holding an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University. They have contributed significantly as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, developing Return to Work programs for severely injured workers, and previously served as a Manager at WorkSafeBC, leading a team of Job Developers. Kymm co-owned and managed a construction company, where they applied their expertise in change management and safety culture. Earlier in their career, they coordinated the Student Employment Centre at Thompson Rivers University, assisting students with disabilities in their job search efforts. Kymm also holds a BSW in Disability Management from the University of Victoria.
