Doug Ventham has extensive experience in credit management and procurement, currently serving as Head of Credit & Procurement at WorkPac since November 2008, where responsibilities include the establishment and management of Key Performance Indicators and regular liaison with internal stakeholders. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of National Credit Manager at Century Yuasa Batteries from January 2006 to November 2008, overseeing statewide credit collection activities, budget planning, and a team of fourteen staff members, while also coordinating with external collection agencies. Doug's career began at National Collection Services as Executive General Manager from August 2000 to December 2005, managing collections and legal teams. Doug is an alumnus of Ashburton High School/College in London.
