Patricia Stephens has over a decade of customer service and administrative experience, currently serving as an Employer Readiness Specialist at WorkOne Northern Indiana since March 2018. In this role, Patricia achieved the highest engagement counseling session numbers in the region, while also enhancing office operations and assessing customer barriers to employment. Prior to this position, Patricia worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment, and as a Customer Service Representative at the Michigan City License Branch, where responsibilities included processing licenses and managing financial transactions. Patricia holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2013 and 2015.
