Dheeraj Kumar is currently the Head of AI, ML, and Search Engineering at Workiva, where they drive the architecture and delivery of AI/ML systems across the platform. Previously, Dheeraj held key leadership roles at Indeed.com as Sr. Director and at Meta as Head of Analytics Engineering, leading data engineering and analytics efforts to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Dheeraj has extensive experience in data and analytics from their tenure at Chegg Inc., StubHub, and The Guitar Center Company, where they managed large teams and spearheaded innovative data solutions. Dheeraj earned a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
