David Serrano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the cannabis industry, education, and disaster relief. Currently serving as the CWI Project Manager at the Workforce Development Institute since July 2022, David focuses on enhancing cannabis job training and overseeing CWI operations. As a farmer and owner of Hacienda Don Pedro New York, David applies sustainable practices to their family farm. Through independent consulting, David has provided expertise in the cannabis sector and contributed as a curriculum developer at Hudson County Community College, where David created an associates degree and accredited certifications in Cannabis Studies. Co-founding Harvest 360 Technologies, David established systems for compliant cannabis licensing and served on the Regulatory Committee for the New York City & Hudson Valley Cannabis Industry Association.
