Karen's experience includes serving as Director of Litigation and Legal Affairs at Encore Capital Group, where they managed a substantial litigation team and provided strategic legal counsel. Earlier in their career, they practiced as an attorney at firms like DLA Piper and Baker & McKenzie, and later as Assistant General Counsel at Intuit. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCSD and a Doctor of Law from Cornell Law School.
