Joe Dietzler, J.D., is an expert Contracts Manager with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements, including software licenses and engineering services contracts. Having worked at companies such as Qualcomm Inc and QLogic, Joe has specialized in legal counsel and contract management since 1991. Joe served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1991, participating in Desert Storm. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
