Christina Baker is an experienced professional in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as the Director of the SOX Compliance Department at Woodward, Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include strategy direction for control audits and testing plans. Prior to this role, Christina Baker operated as President of Christina Baker Consulting from September 2014 to May 2019, advising large government agencies and leading control audits. Christina Baker's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP, focusing on internal controls for the Veterans Health Administration, and as Head of Internal Audit at TriCenturion, where risk-based operational audit plans were developed and executed. Christina Baker began her career in auditing at Palmetto GBA.
