With over two decades of experience in training and development, John has a strong background in classroom facilitation, eLearning, and employee recognition programs. Previously, they served in various roles at Six Flags St. Louis, including Human Resources Supervisor and Training Manager, overseeing training and employee relations. John also works as a freelance voiceover artist specializing in nonfiction audiobooks and is the founder of OldSchoolHipHop.com, dedicated to preserving the history of early hip hop pioneers. They hold a Master's degree in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor's degree in English from Rockhurst University.
