Chen Kadusi began their career in sales at Harel Insurance & Finance from 2011 to 2012. They later advanced to roles in operations at Pizza Hut Israel, serving as Head of Operations, Area Coach, and Branch Manager between 2017 and 2018. Chen transitioned to Wolt, where they held multiple positions including Restaurant Development Manager and Head of Business Development, ultimately becoming the Head of Operations at Wolt Market in 2022, a role they continue to fulfill.
