Kai Choh Thong is a Process Development Team Lead at Wolfspeed, currently leveraging over 26 years of experience in the electronics industry. They began their career as a process engineer at Seagate Technology, later advancing to a senior section manager at Carsem and then an external manufacturing engineering manager at onsemi. Kai's expertise spans process and material development, packaging design, and engineering robustness, with significant contributions to quality improvement in multiple sub-contractors across the APAC region. Additionally, they serve as a tutor at Wawasan Open University, sharing their knowledge in manufacturing and business management, a field in which they hold a Master of Science degree from the University of Warwick.
