Joydeep Roy has extensive experience in training and development within various organizations. Starting as a Customer Service Executive at HSBC from October 2007 to January 2012, Joydeep transitioned to a Communication Trainer at Wipro BPO from January 2012 to August 2012. Following that, a role as Training and Development Lead at Convergys Intelligent Contact lasted from January 2013 to March 2015, before moving to Accenture as a Training and Operational Excellence Leader from March 2015 to August 2018. Joydeep then served as a Training Development Manager for Customer Experience at Tech Mahindra from August 2018 to December 2022 and currently holds the position of Senior Group Manager / AVP - Training & Development at WNS.
