Swathikah Thangaraja has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development. In 2008, they worked as a WebMaster at the University of Oklahoma, where they were responsible for website development, poster design, and website maintenance. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma & MSCI Inc, where they collaborated on the development of the Service Oriented Architecture Simulation Environment. In 2010, they interned as a Functional Testing Intern at MSCI Inc., where they created test plans, developed an automation framework, and performed performance testing. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Software Developer at Claimlogic, focusing on developing various products to process claims and payments. In 2016, they joined Edumate as a Software Developer before moving on to WithYouWithMe as a Software Engineer in 2019.

Swathikah Thangaraja completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma from 2008 to 2010. Swathikah previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to their higher education, Swathikah attended Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan from 1989 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
