Peter Wei-Hao Lin is a strategy and operations leader currently at Persona, where they spearhead international market expansion and go-to-market initiatives. They previously served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, focusing on growth strategies and marketing optimization across various sectors. Peter holds an MBA and an MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University, where they actively contributed as Co-President of the Kellogg Taiwan Club. Their earlier experiences include roles in sales and marketing at HTC and Johnson & Johnson, as well as military service as a Second Lieutenant in the Coast Guard Administration of R.O.C.
