Margot Beard has held a variety of roles in the creative and marketing industries. In 2020, they were a Social Media + Brand Manager at Flagship Endeavors, where they worked with brands such as Little West and Thr33 Active. In 2021, they became the Director of Talent at DML Holdings, a portfolio of disruptor brands in the wellness category. In 2019, they were a Social Media Manager at Artisan Talent, a digital, creative, and marketing staffing agency. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Growth at July, a platform that automates brand deals for creators.

Margot Beard attended the University of Mississippi from 2014-2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, with a specialization in Media Sales and Management. Margot also received a Minor in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Mississippi School of Business Administration.
