James Gallagher is a Senior Talent Partner at Kaluza and has extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries, including technology and finance. Previously, they served as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Planet and a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at SigTech, where they significantly expanded engineering teams and championed diversity initiatives. Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Manager positions at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, SUEZ, and GWI, as well as recruitment consulting at Acre and Carter Murray. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Surrey and a BA Hons in Music Business from the Academy of Contemporary Music.
