The Wisconsin Medical Society is the largest association of physicians in Wisconsin, with thousands of members dedicated to the best interests of their patients. 

The Society's mission is to improve the health of the people of Wisconsin by supporting and strengthening physicians'​ ability to practice high-quality patient care in a changing environment. To this end, the organization represents physicians at the Capitol, provides leadership and educational opportunities for physicians, fosters volunteerism in the medical community, promotes medical research efforts and serves as a trusted source of health information for the public.
