Daniel Passage serves as the Managing Member at Gemsbok Partners LLC since May 2025, providing independent oversight for special purpose vehicles and advisory roles in fintech and other startups. Concurrently, Daniel is the Managing Member of Lechwe Ventures LLC, a California-based business lender specializing in small business loans since March 2022. As Senior Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP since February 2014, responsibilities have been reduced to facilitate focus on external projects. Daniel's prior experience includes partnerships at Bingham McCutchen LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, as well as roles at Andrews & Kurth LLP and Brown & Wood. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate degree from UC Irvine.
