Paul Shearer is a seasoned banking officer with a strong background in leadership, problem solving, and process improvement. They have demonstrated expertise in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Banking, Credit Analysis, and Commercial Banking. Paul is currently the Senior Vice President of Credit Administration at Wilson Bank & Trust, having previously served as the Head of the Real Estate Management Department. They graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and hold a Bachelor's degree in History from Bryan College.
