Kent Sailstad has over 15 years of experience in various support and management roles within the human services sector. Currently serving as House Coordinator at Willows Way since February 2021, Kent previously worked as Resource Manager and Direct Support Professional at Bridges Community Support Services from September 2020 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as Direct Support Professional at St. Louis Arc, Account Manager and Safety Consultant at Choctaw Kaul, Spiritual Counselor at Regional Care Hospice, and Residential Instructor at Emmaus Homes. Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of St. Thomas and a degree in STL Theology and Spirituality from North American College.
