Billy Collins is a Senior Project Surveyor at Willmott Dixon, where they manage a diverse portfolio of projects, specializing in NEC and JCT contracts. With a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget, Billy has successfully led teams and mentored junior surveyors. Their completed projects include significant developments such as the Newcastle City Library and the Sunderland Emergency Department.
