Caitlin Somerman Kapoor is currently the Director of Professional Development at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, a position held since January 2020, following her role as Associate Director. Prior to this, they worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as the Manager of Associate Professional Development and Training, after serving as an Associate in Antitrust and Litigation at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Caitlin also gained experience as a summer clerk for the New York Supreme Court and held a legal intern position with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York. They earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BSBA in Accounting and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
