Ulrike Germann is the Head of Employee Experience, Communication & Change Management at WTW Germany, where they lead Change Management, Communications, and Engagement Solutions in the Employee Experience sector. They are a member of the German management team and the European EX team, focusing on market and business development. Ulrike has previously advised executives on communication, employee experience, and organizational development, and has held various senior roles, including CEO of Germann & Kollegen and Head of External Communications at Santander Deutschland. They graduated with an A+ from the Executive Course in Organization Development & Change at UC Berkeley in 2023 and authored the book "Disrupt your Communication!" on innovative organizational strategies.
