Sébastien Petit is currently the Associate Director of H&B at WTW and has extensive experience in the health and benefits sector. Previously, Sébastien served as a Senior Consultant at Mercer from 2010 to 2022, where responsibilities included consulting on group insurance and managing teams of Sales Consultants and Client Support. Sébastien's career began in journalism, working for La Meuse, Le Soir, and RTBF Radio from 1994 to 1998, before transitioning to various roles in insurance and employee benefits, including a life insurance broker and regional agent. Sébastien holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Université libre de Bruxelles, earned in 1997.
