Prior to this role, Krissandi served as Vice President, Head of Group Compensation & Benefits at Mapletree, and held various positions at WTW, specializing in executive compensation consulting across South East Asia. Their experience encompasses managing global equity plans at Global Fashion Group and conducting complex compensation analyses and incentive designs. Krissandi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
