Kate Piacenti King is the PNW/SW Leader for Work & Rewards and a Senior Director of Executive Compensation at WTW, a role they began in 2023. Previously, Kate held various positions at WTW from 2006 to 2009, including Executive Compensation Associate Consultant and Director of Executive Compensation. They graduated with a BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and studied Italian and art history at Lorenzo di Medici in Florence, Italy.
