Julian Roberts is the Managing Director of Willis Towers Watson’s Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions team, overseeing the Global Agricultural Practice Group and co-heading the Global Weather Practice. They joined Willis in September 2010, bringing extensive experience in risk management consulting and alternative risk structuring. Previously, Julian held leadership roles at several companies, including Managing Director at ForestRe Ltd, The Rose Partnership, and Agricultural Risk Management Ltd, as well as an Executive Director position at Aon Capital Markets. Julian earned a Master of Arts in Agriculture & Forestry Sciences from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Agricultural Economics from the University of London.
