Duncan Ainsby has an extensive career in the insurance and risk management industry, beginning as a Business Development Manager at Marsh in Brisbane from 2004 to 2007. Following this role, Ainsby transitioned to Aon Brisbane, serving in account management from 2007 to 2012, and later became Regional Director at Aon Risk Services Asia, holding this position from May 2012 to March 2019. After a tenure as Strategic Account Director at Willis Towers Watson Australia from April 2019 to February 2022, Ainsby served as Senior Vice President and Head of Asia at Acrisure Re until January 2024. Currently, Ainsby is the Head of Large Accounts/MNC’s, Corporate Risk and Broking for North Asia at WTW, a position held since January 2024.
