Al Gonzalez currently serves as the Business Development Lead at Williams, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Director of Midstream Optimization at UGI Energy Services, where responsibilities began in August 2019 following the acquisition of Columbia Midstream assets. Prior to that, Al Gonzalez was the Director of Midstream Business Development at TC Energy after its acquisition of Columbia Pipeline Group in August 2016. Additional roles include Business Development Director at Columbia Pipeline Group, Director of Business Development at Kinder Morgan, Commercial Specialist at Hess Corporation, and a long tenure at Enterprise Products in various commercial positions. Al Gonzalez holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown, earned between 1995 and 2000, and completed studies at the University of Houston from 1993 to 1995.
