João Fernandes, CFA, is currently an Investment Banking Vice President at William Blair, where they have been contributing to the organization since 2025. Previously, they held key positions in prominent firms including Lincoln International, where they worked as an M&A Associate and Analyst from 2021 to 2024, and at PwC España as a Senior Associate in Deals-Transaction Services from 2019 to 2021. João also gained extensive experience in financial advisory roles at Deloitte Portugal and served as a Director and Financial Markets Team Manager at FEP Finance Club. They earned a Master's degree in Finance from FEP - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management.
