Matthew S. Larson is a Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, where they have been since 2013, advising utilities on regulatory and administrative law. They have extensive experience with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, focusing on matters related to transmission and renewable energy infrastructure. Earlier in their career, they practiced environmental, energy, and natural resources law at Kamlet Reichert, LLP, and served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Honorable John L. Kane. Matthew earned their law degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law in 2009.
