Peter Coats is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Wildcat Discovery Technologies, where they lead strategic fundraising efforts and negotiate key partnerships. With a background at Alphabet Inc., Coats developed customer financing strategies and oversaw financial planning for various divisions, while also advising executives at Goldman Sachs on significant transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Earlier in their career, Coats worked as a Senior Engineer and co-founded Engineers Without Borders – San Francisco Professionals, contributing to pivotal infrastructure projects globally. Coats holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and both an MPP and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
