Jessica Stephenson is the Lead Learning and Evaluation Program Officer at the Wikimedia Foundation, where they create programs to enhance connections and shared learning within the Wikimedia movement. With 17 years of experience in project design, management, and evaluation, Jessica has worked with various international organizations, public sectors, and NGOs across Latin America, the UK, and Africa. They previously served as Project Manager at Alpina Foundation and held several roles, including OAS consultant and National Coordination positions in political mobilization. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham.
