Lars Erik Lien is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is head of the M&A practice. Lars Erik has wide expertise within business law, and especially within M&A, corporate-, accounting-, and stock exchange law. Primarily, he advises clients on sale and purchase of companies and businesses, mergers, demergers and other equity transactions. In addition to being a lawyer, Lars Erik is an Authorized Financial Analyst, and he also has a master’s degree in accounting and auditing. Thus, he often works at the interface between law and economics.
