Mark Malek is a Patent Attorney and Managing Partner at Widerman Malek, PL, where they focus on intellectual property law, including the prosecution of patents, trademarks, and copyrights since 1999. They have experience in negotiating licensing agreements and litigating to enforce intellectual property rights. Previously, Mark served as a Patent Attorney at Allen Dyer Doppelt Milbrath Gilchrist P.A. and worked as a Civil Engineer prior to entering the legal field. Mark holds a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Barry University and dual degrees in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and the University of Dayton, as well as an MBA from the University of Orlando.
