Khadijah Williams is a national policy and advocacy strategist dedicated to transforming lived experiences into systems transformation. As the National Director of Policy and Advocacy at LIFT, they oversee the integration of advocacy, policy design, and family-driven insights across a national network. With a history of leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Family and Community Engagement at Rocketship Public Schools and Legislative Affairs Specialist at the D.C. State Board of Education, Khadijah actively collaborates with various leaders to promote systems-wide change that centers families as decision-makers. Currently, they also serve as a Freelance Consultant and a Seeding Disruption Fellow at The Equity Lab, continuing their commitment to building thriving systems that advance justice through relational power.
