Paulo’s experience includes significant positions at Whirlpool Latin America and Whirlpool Corporation, where they managed key accounts and developed strategic marketing channels. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from both Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and Technische Fachhochschule Wildau, as well as an International MBA from FIA Business School.
