Dennis Hall is a dedicated and versatile program manager currently serving as a Program Manager at NOAA and as a Senior Vice President at Atlantic. With a background in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Technician and Project Manager, they have garnered extensive experience in mechanical engineering and environmental restoration projects. From 2001 to 2014, Dennis managed a significant geospatial services contract at NOAA, and later led geospatial program management at Quantum Spatial from 2014 to 2020. Dennis is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Engineering at Trident Technical College.
