Kathleen Ewen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at WEX since May 2014, holding multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Compensation Consultant. Key responsibilities include managing US employee benefits, leading the WEX Well-being program, overseeing the annual enrollment cycle, conducting M&A integration activities, and ensuring compliance in benefits administration. Additionally, Kathleen serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the YMCA of Southern Maine. A former Human Resources Intern at WEX, Kathleen contributed to a global HRIS implementation and led the intern program in 2014. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Georgetown University, Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Villanova University, specializing in Public Relations.
