Jim Groch is a Fortune 150 C-suite executive and entrepreneur who held multiple leadership roles at CBRE from 2009 to 2020, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer. During this time, Jim played a crucial role in transforming CBRE into a major player in the industry, contributing to ten consecutive years of double-digit earnings growth. Since then, Jim has been involved as a board member for WEX and Evidence Action and serves as the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Ethos Development LLC. Prior to CBRE, Jim made history as the youngest partner at Trammell Crow Company and held various senior roles there. Jim is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
