Mark McCollum is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive experience in global operations, finance, and administration. They served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Weatherford International plc from April 2017 to June 2020 and held key roles at Halliburton, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mark has also held senior positions at Tenneco and was an audit and business advisory partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. Currently, they serve on the board of directors for Momentive, Westlake Chemical, and Seadrill Limited, and actively participate in various educational and nonprofit boards. Mark earned a BBA in accounting from Baylor University in 1980 and remains engaged with the university’s investment committee and engineering department.
