Brendan Leonard is currently the Director of M&A and Assistant Director for the Western Region at Westervelt Ecological Services. With a diverse background in land planning and acquisitions, Brendan has held key positions such as VP of Land Acquisition & Development at Guardian Capital and Managing Director at Terrazzo Development. Their experience spans multiple industries, including a role as Project Manager at PulteGroup and Director at Complete Wireless Consulting. Brendan has also served as Builder Director for the North State Building Industry Association and held several leadership roles in local government, including Planning Commissioner in West Sacramento. They received specialized education at the United States Air Force Academy and completed the Ross Program in Real Estate at USC.
