Yasuhito Shimizu is currently the Director of Customer Technical Support at Western Digital, a position held since 2024. Previously, Yasuhito worked as a Senior Manager in Customer Technical Support at HGST from 2012 to 2024, and held the role of Director of Product Support at HGST from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Yasuhito served as a Manager of Product Support and Development at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies from 2004 to 2007. Yasuhito has also been recognized with the Good Design Award in 2003 and the Nikkei BP Technical Award in 2004.
