Tom Brooks is the Chief Operating Officer at Western Specialty Contractors, where Tom leverages over 25 years of construction industry experience to oversee and manage daily operations. Tom has served as the VP of Operations and Business Development at Western Construction Group since 2012 and was a Vice President at Berglund Construction from 2003 to 2012. Earlier in his career, Tom served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1995.
