Bob McMahon has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer across several prominent companies, including West Pharmaceutical Services since August 2025, Agilent Technologies from August 2018 to July 2025, and Hologic, Inc. from June 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing financial performance for a company with $3.2 billion in annual revenues. Prior to these roles, McMahon held various financial leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson from October 1993 to May 2014, including Worldwide VP, Finance for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and VP of Finance for multiple consumer and IT service sectors. McMahon began a career in finance at Harris Corporation as a Cost Accountant. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
