Zachary Churchill is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the credit union and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at West Community Credit Union since October 2025, past roles include Vice President of Consumer and Mortgage Lending at Achieva Credit Union, where Zachary oversaw key lending teams and implemented significant systems. Prior to that, Zachary held the position of VP of Finance/CFO at Ten-8 Fire & Safety, leading accounting and finance functions for a fire apparatus dealership. At USF Credit Union, Zachary progressed through various leadership roles, focusing on lending, finance, and performance excellence initiatives. Additionally, involvement with the Florida Sterling Council as an Advanced Examiner and previous compliance management experiences highlight a strong commitment to operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
