Monique Slaughter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer solutions, organizational training, and community advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions for Wespath Benefits and Investments, Monique also holds the position of Executive Director at I Consult Group. Previously, Monique directed training systems and support at Chicago Public Schools and worked with Achievers Network as Vice President of the Black Achievers Chicago Chapter, advocating for Black excellence and empowerment. Monique's career began at Comcast as a Regional Retention Manager and includes a role as Call Center Assistant Director at The Chicago Lighthouse. Monique holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Chicago State University.
