Stephanie Chisolm is currently the Learning and Development Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking line of business, where they lead a national and virtual team supporting over 18,000 employees in skill development. With previous experience as a Vice President at Wells Fargo, they focused on training strategies and leadership development. They also worked as a manager at Accenture, designing SAP training materials, and briefly pursued journalism as the morning show reporter at WBTV. Stephanie holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berea College, along with several professional certifications in coaching and development.
