Shane Watkins is currently the Vice President and Technology Manager of Enterprise Access Management at Wells Fargo, a role they have held since 2009. Previously, Shane was an AVP and Team Lead at Wells Fargo, where they provided technical leadership and ensured service excellence in access administration. With a background in IT support from Lockheed Martin and a degree in Business Administration from Catawba College, Shane has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College since 2001, demonstrating a commitment to education and training in computer information technology. Shane is recognized for strong communication skills and a dedication to quality customer service.
